Now that you have your desired services in mind, it is time to online, and that all begins with choosing your professional. A few things to mention to make booking with us a seamless experience.
BOOKING DETAILS
When booking with Ashley Van der Zon from The Polished Nail Bar and Chanelle Andrews from Boho Lash you will be rerouted to their booking apps to select your appointment time and services.
Currently, Alissa is away on maternity leave and Madessa has limited availability. If you would like to be added to Alyssa's waitlist for when she returns please select that option. Our team will contact you when she begins re-taking clients.
Submitting an appointment request is not a secured appointment with Madessa and Alyssa. Your stylist will respond within 48 hours to confirm your appointment.
Please note, your initial request is subject to change based off of the requested service(s) and beauty professional's availability.

Our team understands that life is full of curve balls, big and small, and there will be times you will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment. To ensure the respect for both our clients and our professionals there are firm cancellation and late arrival policies in place.
SPA CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel and reschedule your service at anytime with no penalty charge until 48 hours before your appointment. If you have to cancel your appointment within 48 hours window before your appointment you will be required to pay a $30. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment without notifying your expert you will be required to pay 100% of the cost of your scheduled service.
If you are running late there is a 15 minute grace period allotted to each appointment start time. If you show up more than fifteen minutes late past your scheduled time this will effect the beauty professional's ability to carryout your booked services and your appointment may be altered to respect the time of your expert.
This being said we do understand there are circumstances that require last minute cancellations and client no-shows, our team do use their discretion and empathy when following these polices.
